Oh the video is a (beautifully shot) pretentious piece of wank.
I get the impression that he's in court for being a bummer (illegal under t'castro regime I believe) with the pretty male model. And the woman involved with the funny hat/veil is possibly some sort of fake wife who may actually be in love with Will.
But it's all speculation.
On the Jo Whiley live lounge interview all he gives away is that he plays a "revolutionary figure".

It's worth a listen for his either-really-good-or-rather-shit rendition of "Don't Cha".
